This classic hummus recipe is loaded with garlic and fresh lemon flavors. A great addition to any snack or party platter. Easy to customize by adding any ingredients you like.
Drain and rinse Garbanzo beans. Add Garbanzo beans, lemon juice, water, tahini, garlic, cumin, olive oil, and pinch of salt and pepper in a small food processor.
Blend until smooth. Scrape sides and blend another 30 seconds. If consistency isn’t as you would like you can add a little more tahini/water or blend a bit longer. Make sure to taste and add in any more salt or pepper if desired.
Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days in the fridge.
